The Mack Building is a 3800 square feet two story former plating facility. Through the use of the state of Michigan SHPA grant, and city of Chelsea DDA grant funds the new owner will restore the historic building into mixed use on the main floor and loft type residential on the second floor. A past current eye sore on Main Street was transformed into a fully functioning farm stop. Construction was finished in 2019.
