The Cavanaugh Lake Residence was drawn from initial inspiration sketches by the client’s daughter. The homeowner wanted to take advantage of the view over the lake but had a narrow lot. To compensate for the width of the lot, the house was purposefully made tall with expansive windows for optimal viewing. Inside, the house is rustic modern with high ceilings, exposed wood beams and a bar at the kitchen for entertaining guests. Construction was finished in 2019.
