A factory building in Chelsea was renovated into a new microbrewery. This project included new storefront windows cut into the old block walls, a new outside beer garden, a new restaurant, with seating for 65, a new bar, kitchen, toilet rooms, and of course the brewery. Epoxy was used on the old factory floor and roof bar joists above were left exposed to add to the informal, slightly industrial appearance. Windows from the bar into the brewery allow customers several vantage points for viewing the true craft of making beer.
